Invest in a specific site or a specific route, not in a blind fund.
The second stage of POP's work opens our infrastructure to private investors. Each opportunity is one identified asset, an antenna site or a section of fibre route, with its build and its operation visible to the investor from the first day to the last, and its exact location shared once the investor has signed.
Two kinds of asset
What investors take part in
/ ANTENNAS
Antenna sites
A single identified tower site: its position, the settlements it serves, the operators on it and its power system. POP builds it and runs it; the investor follows that one site through construction and operation.
/ FIBRE OPTIC
Fibre route sections
A defined section of fibre route, from one point to another, with its length, its construction plan and the operators it will carry. POP builds and operates the section; the investor follows it from survey to service.
How participation is structured is set per type of asset and per country, and is presented in full, with the documentation, to invited participants only. No figures are published on this site.
How it works

See the opportunities
Once your access is approved, you see in the investor portal the sites and route sections open to investment, one asset at a time, by country.
Review
For any opportunity you follow, the file: area, build plan, structure of participation and documentation. The exact location and the operators on the site follow once you sign, for your own asset only.
Commit
Identification, documents and signature, under the rules that apply in your country and the asset's.
Follow
Transparent reporting on the construction and then the operation of your asset, for as long as you take part in it.
What we hold to
Four principles
- One asset, not a pool. You know which site or which section of route you are part of, and where it is.
- POP builds and operates. The same company that develops the asset runs it afterwards, so the quality of the build stays our responsibility.
- Full transparency. What is reported to you is the asset's real progress and real operation, not a summary of a portfolio.
- Staged, and within the law. We open in stages, starting small and private, and step up as the volume justifies it, under the rules of each country concerned.
